EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange by completing the form below.
Returns are always free using the prepaid return shipping label on orders shipped to the U.S. or Canada.
Returns and exchanges for online purchases are accepted within 10 days of receipt.
To initiate a return or exchange, just fill out the form below.
Make sure to include:
Your order number
The item(s) you are returning
Whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange
If requesting an exchange, please specify the item, size, and/or color you would like instead
Your email address
Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will email you a return shipping label.
All garments must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges will be shipped out once we receive and inspect the original garment.
REFUNDS
Refunds (excluding original shipping fees) will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
This return policy only applies to online orders.
