Returns and exchanges are accepted through the mail (within 10 days of receipt).

To return or exchange Pineapples orders BY MAIL: 
 
1. Securely package the new, unworn item(s) with tags attached along with your copy of your Paypal receipt. 
2. We recommend sending returns via insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. Pineapples is not responsible for lost return shipments.

The return minus shipping fees will be refunded to the original form of payment used for purchase. Allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for the account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on the credit card statement.
