Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted by mail within 10 days of receipt.
If your return is due to an error on our part, please email Client Services at susan@pineapplesboutique.com. We will issue a credit for all charges, excluding shipping.
To return or exchange your Pineapples order by mail:

Package the new, unworn item(s) with tags attached, along with a copy of your PayPal receipt.

Send your return using insured, trackable shipping. Pineapples is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds (minus shipping fees) will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
